Our products

Every Happi Buffalo is 3D printed to order by hand in Buffalo, NY from plant-based PLA. Because each piece is made individually, small variations in finish, color, and texture are normal and part of the character. Colors shown on screen may differ slightly from the finished piece.

Ordering

Our pieces are made to order through a request-and-confirm process rather than instant checkout. Prices shown are estimates; your final price, timeline, and details are confirmed with you directly before any payment. Submitting a request is not a completed sale until we confirm it.

Custom designs

If you request custom colors, text, or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use what you submit. We may decline any request we believe infringes someone’s rights or is unlawful, hateful, or offensive.

Fan-made tributes

Some designs reference sports teams, pop culture, or other themes. These are unofficial, fan-made tributes created on request. They are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any team, league, company, or brand, and all referenced names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Intellectual property

The Happi Buffalo name, character, site content, and original designs are owned by Happi Buffalo and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happi Buffalo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
