At The Buffalo Creative, each piece is produced with intention and prepared carefully for shipment. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will arrive.


Processing & Production Time

Many items are produced in small batches or made to order.

  • Signature pieces: Typically ship within 3–7 business days

  • Limited editions: Ship according to the timeline noted on the product page

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces: Production timelines vary and will be communicated prior to or shortly after purchase

Processing times begin once payment is confirmed.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

We use trusted shipping carriers and select packaging appropriate to the size and weight of each piece.


Packaging

All items are packaged with protection and presentation in mind.

Signature and Limited pieces are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely and in proper condition. Packaging may vary based on size and edition.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Lost, Delayed, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. While we will assist where possible, The Buffalo Creative is not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues once an order has shipped.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
