At The Buffalo Creative, each piece is produced in small, intentional runs and handled with care. Because of this, our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of the work involved.


Return Eligibility

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at happibuffalo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.

If your return is approved, the item must be shipped back and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Signature Collection pieces

  • Limited Edition releases

  • Custom or personalized items

These pieces are produced in limited quantities or made to order and cannot be restocked.


Condition of Returned Items

Eligible returns must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free of damage, wear, or modification

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
