Design and Color
Using software, we fine-tune the digital design. We adjust settings like layer thickness and infill density for optimal results. Then, we select colors or materials for each part.

Printing
The digital model sliced into layers. The printer extrudes filament though a heated nozzle. Layer by layer, the printer builds the item bottom up.

Hand Assembly and Finish
Each Part is cleaned to remove any support material. The buffalo is assembled by hand. Then, most models get a coat of protective gloss finish.
